The Manhattan Kickers organization works with the ages of 4-12, and gives foremost attention to technical training and small-sided games. The player pool of the club is divided into four groups. The designation between these groups is be based on ability, not age, and players can move between groups throughout the course of the year.

Our goal is to advance the players through this structure and produce technically-sound, passionate 12-year-old soccer players, who have an intelligent sense for the game and have the ability to continue playing for the New York Cosmos in the USSF Development Academy.
